Mini-sized hermetically sealed MOSFETs and more

Composite Motors Inc currently carries a large line of MOSFET devices ranging from single configurations to mini-sized hermetically sealed MOSFETs and power transisters. These devices are used for a wide range of functions in applications from control modules to high end audio amplifiers. As the devices have become smaller removing heat has become an issue. Using experience and materials such as the proprietary Compotherm, the experts at CMI are able to design items with the proper heat sinking characteristics.
