The Quadpac Series is a line of H-Bridge modules designed for applications in switching power supplies, motor drivers, and DC-DC power conversion. These hermetically sealed products feature four low Rds-on MOSFETs that are electrically isolated from the package. Source currents range from 8 to 30 A. and Voltages 50 to 500 Volts.
